We currently ship to the following regions:
- United States: We offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S.
- United Kingdom: Shipping fees apply. The cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

- United States: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
- United Kingdom: Orders may require additional processing time due to international handling requirements.
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:
- U.S. Destinations: 3-10 business days
- U.K. Destinations: 15-30 business days
Please be aware that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and any potential delays (e.g., holidays, extreme weather, or carrier delays).

For international orders (United Kingdom), customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees vary by country and are determined by local regulations. Vastland Clothing does not control or charge these fees, and customers are encouraged to consult their local customs office for more information.
Address Errors or Incomplete Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Vastland Clothing is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If an address error is identified after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@vastlandclothing.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will make every reasonable effort to update your shipping information. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please review our policy below to ensure eligibility.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in new condition with all original tags attached, free from stains, smells, pet hair, and signs of wear.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original tags attached. We recommend returning items in their original packaging whenever possible. If the original packaging is unavailable, please package your return securely to prevent damage during transit.
- No Visible Wear: Items that appear worn outdoors or show signs of wash or use are not eligible for returns.
- Indoor Try-On Only: Items may only be tried on indoors for fit. Items showing signs of wear beyond an indoor fitting will not be eligible for a return or refund.
- Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. This applies to both U.S. and U.K. orders.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without original tags and packaging are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Our Support Team: Email us at support@vastlandclothing.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Returns must be approved before they are shipped back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Package Your Return Securely: Ensure items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Retain Proof of Return: Please keep your return postage receipt as proof in case of any issues with the return process.
Return Shipping Costs

U.S. Customers: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will provide you with a prepaid return label with tracking. For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items that do not meet the return requirements outlined in this policy are not eligible for return. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking.

U.K. Customers: As a small business, we are currently unable to offer free return shipping to the U.K.; therefore, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs. Items that do not meet the return requirements outlined in this policy are not eligible for return. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of your item.
Vastland Clothing reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or that appear to misuse our return process.
Refund Policy
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as outlined below.

Please Note: If items do not meet the return requirements outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund at our discretion. If an item is deemed ineligible for a refund, we will notify you by email. If you would like the item returned to you, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If we do not receive a response within 14 calendar days of our notification, Vastland Clothing reserves the right to dispose of the item.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
